At VOJKOART, we create and curate objects with character — handmade pieces, natural-material items, restored objects, vintage finds, antique elements, and custom-made works that are often unique in appearance, finish, and story.
These Terms & Conditions explain how purchases through our website are made, how delivery and returns are handled, and what rights and responsibilities apply between you as the customer and us as the seller.
By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as they apply at the time of your purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors to the website and to all orders placed through it.
Some provisions apply specifically to private consumers purchasing for personal use. Where mandatory consumer protection law applies, those rights remain fully valid regardless of any wording in these Terms.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, studio, dealer, reseller, or commercial entity, certain consumer-specific rights may not apply.
Many VOJKOART products are handmade, hand-finished, made from natural materials, vintage, antique, restored, or produced in limited or one-off form.
Because of this, no two pieces are ever completely identical.
Natural variation in wood grain, colour, texture, tone, patina, oxidation, finish, dimensions, or surface detail is part of the nature of the product and part of its authenticity. Small differences between photographs, samples, previous pieces, and the delivered item are to be expected.
These features are not flaws. They are part of what makes each object individual.
Customers are encouraged to review all available product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, and care information carefully before placing an order.
Products made from wood, metal, and other natural or traditional materials may change subtly over time due to handling, humidity, dryness, temperature, light exposure, storage, and everyday use.
Wood may darken, lighten, move slightly, develop fine lines, or show small shifts in tone and structure. Metal may oxidise, soften in shine, develop patina, or change in surface character.
These are normal material behaviours and do not in themselves constitute a defect.
Handmade items may also show marks of craftsmanship, hand-finishing, forging, carving, shaping, sanding, brushing, or other artisanal processes. Such traces are part of the making of the object and are not considered faults.
Items described as vintage, antique, restored, collectible, or second-hand are sold with characteristics consistent with their age, history, prior use, storage, and restoration.
Such pieces may include visible wear, surface marks, scratches, dents, edge wear, fading, tonal variation, oxidation, repair traces, restoration traces, old joins, or other signs of age and handling.
These qualities are part of the piece’s nature and history and should be understood as part of its value, not as unexpected defects.
Where relevant, we will describe the condition of such items as clearly as possible in the product listing. Customers are responsible for reviewing these details before purchase.
We take care to present our products as accurately as possible. Even so, colours, proportions, tones, texture, finish, and visual depth may appear differently depending on lighting conditions, screens, photography, and the nature of handmade or aged materials.
All photographs and product visuals are illustrative of the actual item offered, but they should not be interpreted as an absolute guarantee of exact colour tone, reflection, surface feel, or natural pattern.
Where a product is one of a kind, the photographs are intended to represent that specific piece as closely as reasonably possible.
Because many of our products are unique, handmade, restored, or produced in small quantities, availability may change quickly.
Placing a product in the cart does not reserve it automatically. An order becomes binding only once it has been accepted by us.
If a product becomes unavailable before order acceptance, we will inform you and refund any amount paid for that unavailable item without undue delay.
By placing an order through the website, you submit an offer to purchase the selected product or products.
After you place your order, you may receive an email confirming that the order has been received. This message confirms receipt only. It does not yet mean that the order has been accepted.
A binding purchase contract is formed only when we send you a separate confirmation that the order has been accepted, prepared for dispatch, or shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where this is reasonably justified, including in cases of:

All prices shown on the website are displayed in EUR and include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

We do our best to ensure accurate pricing at all times. In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right not to supply the product at the incorrect price. In such a case, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
Promotional prices, discounts, coupon codes, and special offers apply only under the conditions stated at the time they are presented.
Orders may be paid using the payment methods available at checkout. These may include card payment, bank transfer, PayPal, or other payment methods shown on the website.
Orders may be processed only after successful payment authorisation or receipt of funds, where applicable.
If a payment provider declines, reverses, or fails to process a payment, we may suspend or cancel the order.
Some VOJKOART products are made specifically to customer instructions. This may include customised sizing, engraving, text, selected finishes, altered design details, or other personalised elements.

Because such items are created specifically for one customer, custom-made and personalised orders cannot be cancelled or returned due to a change of mind, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by production time, stock availability, destination, customs procedures, carrier performance, seasonal demand, public holidays, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Where an item is handmade, restored, custom-made, or specially prepared, longer lead times may apply. Where possible, this will be indicated in the product listing or order communication.
We reserve the right to choose the carrier most appropriate for the shipment unless a specific method has been expressly agreed.
Customers are asked to inspect the parcel and the goods within a reasonable time after delivery and to notify us promptly of visible delivery damage, missing items, or delivery irregularities.
For international orders, the customer is responsible, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, for any import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, local taxes, inspection fees, permits, storage fees, and similar charges connected with the shipment, import, export, transit, or delivery of the goods.
We are not responsible for additional costs, delays, administrative burdens, or delivery complications caused by:

If you are a consumer purchasing at a distance and your order is not excluded from withdrawal by law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive physical possession of the goods.

You may use a model withdrawal form, but this is not required.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice before the 14-day period expires.
If you validly withdraw from the contract, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision.
Unless we have agreed otherwise, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Returned goods should be packed appropriately and protected for transit. You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Once the withdrawal is confirmed and the return conditions are met, we will reimburse the payment received from you, including standard delivery costs where required by law. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back or until evidence of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.

Any additional commercial guarantee or warranty beyond mandatory statutory rights exists only where expressly stated in writing for a specific product.
Unless such written statement is given, no separate commercial warranty is granted beyond rights that apply under the law.
VOJKOART products should be used, stored, and maintained with reasonable care.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidental impact, unsuitable storage, moisture, extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, chemicals, unauthorised modification, third-party repair, sharpening, restoration, or other handling contrary to product nature or care guidance.
Some items may contain sharp edges, pointed elements, aged materials, fragile parts, or heavy components. Such objects must be handled carefully and kept away from children unless clearly intended for safe supervised use.

If you are a consumer residing in another country and mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence apply, those mandatory protections remain unaffected.
