Returns and exchanges

Cancellation of the order is not possible, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order - we will always find the best solution!

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of some products, returns or exchanges are not possible unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Personalized or custom-made products
  Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
  Digital content (e.g. file transfers)
  Intimate products (for hygiene reasons)
  Refund conditions
  The buyer covers the return shipping costs. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

1. Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is suitable if the user wants the ordered goods to be delivered to their home or any other address in Slovenia. Since cash on delivery is possible, the user must be present in person when picking up the goods, regardless of the value of the order. We will inform the customer about the delivery date by phone or e-mail.

The provider issues an invoice in electronic form and sends it to the buyer to the email address provided when placing the order, which, together with the warranty certificate, is valid proof of a complaint.

Why do we send invoices electronically? This is our contribution to preserving the environment, and at the same time it is a modern form of business. Our invoices do not contain a handwritten signature, but they meet all statutory requirements and are in accordance with Articles 81 to 84 of the Value Added Tax Act - ZDDV-1.

2. Payment by invoice

If the buyer chooses to pay by invoice, we will send it to their email address as soon as the supplier confirms the delivery. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided when registering the user account. After receiving the funds in our business account, the goods will be shipped to the user's delivery address.
